JTI JORDAN which is the largest cigarette factory in Middle East within the scope of JTI, made mechanical installation work for a complete factory in Amman.

The design and mounting of the heating, cooling, ventilation and wet humidification systems of Make & Pack production area which is located in 20.000 m2 closed area which belongs to LLC Petro St. Petersburg company that has the highest manufacturing capacity in the 26 companies included in JTI were made.

In JTI, the TCC Cigarette Company, the largest cigarette factory in Africa, in the Dar es Salaam area, works of air conditioning, ventilation and humidification for MP and CFT areas have been carried out.

It is the work of climatization in an aim to supply determined indoor temperature in Primary and Make & Pack manufacturing areas located in the factory area.

The supply and installation were done of SELNİKEL brand Scotch type full cylindrical steam boiler and WEISHAUPT brand liquid fuel burner in the operating conditioning of 5000kg/h @10 bar with an aim to produce steam which is necessary for prduction in factory area.

Since the fueloil used as liquid fuel in the factory could not be supplied in required purity according to country’s conditions, the fuel could not be ignited and burned in the burner.

As the preparation for the automatic sprinkler installations planned to be done all over the factory, the pump room including 1 diesel and 1 electric fire pump, which have 2500 GPM flow rate and pump head of 10 bars and certified by FM, was designed with all equipment and was put into use in 2015 through the on-area installation carried out by our team.

The humidity rate in the area has to be kept stabil to supply the production quality.

The project, supply and mounting of modular, stainless steel water tank, compression hydrophore,softening and ultraviolet devices were made within the scope of the project of reclamation of the water by conditioning that is used in manufacturing and the domestic water that the company needs.

The fuel that is supplied as polluted is cleaned and diluted by passing through preheating and filtering stations.After that, the thank is filled via transfer pump.Supplementary roughing filter, supplementary delicate filter, supplementary pump,electrical heat exchanger,electricity and alarm panels , two and three way valve assembly groups are used in the system consisting of 2 modules.With this system,it is possible to transfer to another desired tank from a desired tank, as well as to clean and heat the fueloil while transferring. Cleaning and heating processes can also be done while the tanker is filled from the outside.

Smoke Imaging System that comprises Mack&Pack, Cut Filler,Primary manufacturing areas, all storage areas and administration offices administration offices of the factory was designed and put into use by mounting.Within the scope of this project, 4 Schneider brand fire sensing panels,820 pieces of smoke detectors,45 pieces of heat detector,5 pieces of OSID brand OSI-10 and 74 pieces of OSI-90 smoke detector systems,20000 meter cabling and 54000 meter galvanized sheet installations were made.After the mountings were completed,the necessary training was given to the factory workers and the system was commissioned in 2016 and delivered in working condition.
